Mr. Cramer brings a unique perspective to parking operations by combining expertise in software development, equipment design and configuration with an extensive and varied parking management background.  His ideas are creative and original reflecting his extensive management background and experience with facility ownership issues and objectives.  Mr. Cramer has been very successful in adapting the Hines Parking Operations Formula for various clients throughout the United States and his ability to provide custom solutions are well known.
