In our efforts through the years to hone our operations, we developed an integrated parking software (WINPARK) that exceeds anything available in the industry.

WINPARK parking software integrates state-of-the-art access control, machine-readable cashier technology and license-tracking features to maximize parking operations management.  Our accounting reports produce audit trails providing the reporting features, revenue controls and accounting efficiencies.

Some of the WINPARK features that will benefit an Owner are as follows:

• Tenant and merchant accounts are associated with lease parameters, thus ensuring accurate charges.

• Fee computer utilizes up to 9,999 different rate tables, each with 9,999 rates within them.  This feature allows, for example, a bank teller to validate for a different time period than would a restaurant.

• Bar-code validation system removes most revenue decisions from the cashier.  It is a fully automated feature in which the cashier scans the bar code, and the system determines rate table or validation status.

• Unlimited validations to both building tenants and merchants may be pre-sold or automatically billed back on a monthly parking invoice.

• Fee computer data captures all times, allowing separation of revenue by hour.

• Integrated parking enforcement software tracks habitual violators.

WINPARK also integrates with the access control system to provide detailed reports on contract parker usage and times when cards were used, as well as translating actual card usage to an invoice.
