Mr. Medlin has been instrumental in transforming Hines’ parking operations into a premium parking consulting organization and third-party management company by adapting and developing the Parking Operations Formula.  Hines parking operations provided the ideal challenge for his extensive parking management experience in both the public and private business sectors.  His experience has been key to solving complex issues within facilities as varied as the 12,000-space Houston Galleria operation and  the most labor-intensive, all-valet garage issues.  Mr. Medlin’s insightful analysis and knowledge of parking operations create cost-efficient solutions to complex problems.
