JPMorgan Chase Challenged WINPARK...

...to turn around an under-performing parking operation at their Houston Club Building Garage. They were immediately pleased with the results: shorter customer waits and a significant increase in net operating income. In fact, cash receipts jumped 40% the first month of the operation. 

The Challenge
The 800-space facility employs 45 valets tasked with parking as many as 85 cars in 15 minutes and managing a fleet of 30 pool cars and three limousines, around the clock, 365 days a year.

What We Did
We prepared a goals-targeted budget, increased marketing efforts, trained the staff and used the WINPARK software to
implement strict accounting controls over all revenue-producing aspects of the operation.
